After numerous number of text and phone calls i finally got my car – my first car under 175K budget. Its a 1995 Honda ESI with D15b engine. So i guessed we have to scraped the “fuel efficiency” part since it’s a 1.6 liter engine. i’ll try posting a picture of “essing” by the way may car already has a name, once my camera has been repaired.
So what made me decide to get the car?

1. I loved the color

2. 17″ mags

3. Pioneer headunit

4. lowered

5. D15b engine
I already scheduled essing for an engine check /tune up change oil and wheel alignment.

Newbie Car under 250K budget : Planning Stage

Since i started working 3 years ago, i’ve been saving a small amount of my earnings for one purpose and purpose only – to buy my first car. I’m spending enormous amount of time  browsing forums and car reviews to help me decide which one to get under 250K budget.

What  are my primary factors :

1. reliability
2. fuel efficiency
3. Safety
4. Power

With a lot of car brands to choose from,  I will only stick to 2 manufacturers which i think is the best as based on the reviews that i read.

1. Toyota
2. Honda

Under that budget i’m hoping to get atleast  a 97 model but 98 would be better. I’m currently reviewing the head to head car comparison between a toyota GLI and Honda ESI or VTI.

and now the search for my first car begins …
